You know the work on a new home is almost done when the walls go in. This is the sign all the plumbing, electrical and HVAC are in place. We even finished the walls in the garage for a nice homely feel. Next comes the sanding, primer and paint. Come back soon, it is going to happen quick.

Wow, with the exterior practically finished it is time to focus solely on the inside. With the plumbing and electrical rough in complete it is easy to take note of the ceiling can light fixtures. Even the new exterior power box for the power company has been placed. Also, the duct work and furnaces have been installed for both the first and second floors. The phrase “a pictures says a thousand words” could never be more true. In only the last two days, the sheathing, tar paper and shingles have begun installation. The plumber has been on site getting the Kitchen, Bathrooms and Laundry Room going. Plus, all the windows have been delivered and are being prepared for installation. Even the City Inspector who came by gives approval of the ongoing renovation. Don’t stay away long, this beautiful home will be finished and ready for a new family in no time. Hopefully yours.
